Semi-private training only works if the room works. Six people, one coach, and enough space that nobody is waiting on a rack — that is the whole design constraint, and everything else follows from it.
The failure mode of a big-box gym is not the equipment. It is the queue. You arrive with forty-five minutes and spend twelve of them waiting, which turns a training block into a scheduling problem.
Why six
The number is a coaching limit
Capping a session at six is not a marketing number. It is the largest group one coach can watch closely enough to correct a hinge before it becomes a habit, and small enough that the equipment is always free when the program calls for it.
You cannot correct what you cannot see, and you cannot see eight people at once.

What it changes
Three things a capped room gives you
01
Your coach sees every rep, not a sample of them.
02
The equipment your program calls for is free when you reach it.
03
The session starts on time because nobody is queuing.
