Semi-Private Training

Mission

Our mission is to help you use this resistance training method to increase your strength build lean muscle with exercises such as squats, planks, presses, deadlifts and more.

Our semi-private training is best described as shared-cost personal training with individualized programming in a 5-to-1 coaching setting. 

Every client trains using their own individual tablet with our Active Body Pro software.

Before training begins, our coaches take you through a two-week assessment process. During this time, we assess and score you across 50+ different categories, including strength, mobility, stability, and overall movement quality.

Those scores are then plugged into our Active Body Pro software, which helps us determine the most appropriate exercises for each body part based on your specific strengths and weaknesses.

 

This allows us to:

  • Reduce injury risk

  • Eliminate wasted or ineffective exercises

  • Make your training as efficient and effective as possible

Even though you’re training alongside others, your workout is individualized to you.

As you continue to train and improve, your scores increase, and your program is progressed intentionally to ensure continued results.
